1. Return & Exchange Policy

At Cohinoor & Co., we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces. If, however, you wish to make a return, we accept items within 15 days of delivery.

2. Eligible items must:

Be in original, unworn condition Include all original packaging and documentation Not be altered, resized, or customized in any way.

Please note:

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to account for quality checks and handling. To initiate a return, kindly ensure the piece is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice." You can always reach out to me if there are any doubts. Thank you.

At Cohinoor & Co., we are committed to the care and quality of your jewelry. For all items purchased at or through Cohinoor & Co., we offer complimentary lifetime cleaning, polishing, and sizing. Your satisfaction and the longevity of your jewelry are important to us. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for care, maintenance, or any questions about your piece.

4. Bespoke items:

Timeline for custom orders: typical turnaround of 6-8 weeks. At Cohinoor & Co., we specialize in transforming your dreams into a stunning reality with our bespoke jewelry design services. Anything you envision, our skilled artisans can create. From the moment you share your ideas, we provide detailed sketches and CAD files to bring your concept to life in digital form. Once you’re completely satisfied with the design, we move forward with the crafting and manufacturing process, ensuring every piece is perfected and tailored to your exact specifications. At Cohinoor & Co., we turn your vision into a masterpiece, every step of the way.

5. Upgrade Program:

You will receive 100% of your original diamond’s value as credit toward a new diamond, toward the purchase of a new diamond, provided the new diamond is at least 50% greater in value than your original purchase. Your diamond must be in original condition and include the original grading report. Any damage to the original diamond will disqualify it from the upgrade program.

6. Trade-Ins

At Cohinoor & Co., we will consider trade-ins toward the purchase of new jewelry. We will assess your prior Cohinoor & Co. items and provide you with a trade-in value to put toward your next purchase.

7. Appraisal

Our team of expert jewelers and gemologists at Cohinoor & Co. will provide complimentary lifetime appraisals for all jewelry purchased from us. To ensure your insurance coverage is up-to-date, we recommend having your appraisal updated at least annually, as most companies require current appraisals.
